WHO I AM
As a multifaceted designer, my creative journey spans a broad spectrum of interests and mediums. Alongside my professional endeavors, I find inspiration in the realms of photography, fiber arts, and traditional/digital art. I am always looking for ways to pursue opportunities that will help me further refine my current skills as well as strengthen existing ones. Above all, my driving passion is developing innovative products that empower underserved communities.
I graduated from North Carolina State University in May 2020, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design. Upon graduation, I decided to further my design education with a Master’s Degree at North Carolina State University, graduating in May 2022, where I discovered my love for UX/UI.
After graduation, I worked for WillowTree, a full-service software development agency, where I worked with clients from a wide range of industry sectors and quickly learned about UX best practices. I am currently working in the e-commerce space for Trader Interactive, a leading provider of marketplaces and digital marketing products serving the lifestyle vehicles and commercial equipment segments. Concurrently, I work as a part timeUX/UI designer at Cervu, a healthcare startup dedicated to developing innovative physical therapy tools for female cancer survivors suffering from chronic pelvic pain. Balancing these roles helps me maintain a diverse skillset across varied domains, ensuring impactful solutions for clients and users alike.
